Bing

Bing Crosby was special from the moment he was born.  He was a singleton and had us all wrapped around his little paw.  At 7 weeks we discovered he had a significant heart murmur, and at 10 weeks we found out that he had already suffered a heart attack and was diagnosed with Sub Aortic Stenosis.  Bing was not given a fantastic prognosis, but I gave him every opportunity to thrive.  Man…did he.  He grew into a large and strong dog that had a zest for life.  I showed him a few times as a puppy, he was stunning, and he was awarded a 4 point major from 6-9 puppy at a supported entry and a 4 point major reserve from 6-9 puppy at a specialty.  Eventually, the perfect home came along that would allow him to have undivided attention.  Despite knowing that their time may be short, the Zerby family welcomed him into their hearts and gave him a phenomenal 18 months.  I cannot thank them enough for loving him just as much as I did.
